Welcome to Askkrishna.org (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, apps, emails, or live sessions (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

2) Nature of the Service (Not Professional Advice)

Our content and sessions provide educational and spiritual guidance based on the Bhagavad Gita and related reflections. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for such matters. See our Disclaimer.

3) Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

  • No harassment, hate, abuse, or illegal activity.
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others during group or 1:1 sessions.
  • Content generated with AI may contain errors; use your discretion.

4) Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

  • Premium plans: Renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Billing: Payments are processed by Stripe and/or Razorpay. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) may be charged.
  • Trials & promotions: If you start on a free/discounted trial, cancel before trial end to avoid charges.
  • Pricing changes: We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply on the next billing cycle.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5) 1:1 Clarity Sessions

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with sufficient notice (see Refund Policy).
  • No-shows and late cancellations may be non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for ensuring access to Zoom/YouTube or other platforms used for sessions.

6) Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video, and software—is owned by Askkrishna.org or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7) User Content & License

If you submit content (e.g., questions, reflections, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe others’ rights.

8) Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, Supabase, Brevo, Zoom/YouTube). We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or terms; your use of them is governed by their policies.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.

11) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Askkrishna.org and its affiliates, officers, and team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users. You may stop using the Services at any time; cancellation stops future charges (see Refund Policy).

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
