We want your experience with Askkrishna.org to feel fair and simple. This page explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for our Premium subscriptions and 1:1 Clarity Sessions.
Premium Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel your plan from account settings at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Renewals: Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date/time.
- Refund window (good-will): If you’re unhappy in your first 7 days of the very first billing cycle, contact support and we’ll grant a full refund for that cycle, provided you haven’t used a substantial portion of members-only content (e.g., attending multiple premium sessions or consuming most of a paid journey). We aim to be reasonable.
- Partial-period refunds: We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for unused days after renewal. Cancellation stops future charges.
- Failed/duplicate charges: If you see a duplicate charge or an error payment, contact us and we’ll investigate and resolve.
How to Cancel
- Open your account settings (Billing/Subscription).
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
1:1 Clarity Sessions
- Reschedule: You may reschedule once at no charge if you request it at least 24 hours before your appointment time (subject to slot availability).
- Late cancellations (<24h): May be non-refundable due to reserved slot and prep time. We try to accommodate emergencies—please write to support.
- No-show: If you miss the session without notice, the fee is typically non-refundable.
- Session quality issues: If a session could not be completed due to technical issues on our side, we will reschedule or refund.
Free Trials, Coupons & Promotions
- Trials: If you start on a free/discounted trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Charges after the trial are standard and non-refundable for partial periods.
- Coupons: Discounts apply only to the specified term and cannot be “retro-applied” after purchase.
Payment Methods & Processors
Payments are securely handled by Stripe and/or Razorpay. Refunds, when applicable, are issued back to the original payment method. Posting time depends on your bank/card issuer (usually 5–10 business days after we process it).
Taxes & Invoices
Prices may include applicable taxes (e.g., GST). Invoices/receipts show the breakdown where relevant. Refunds, when granted, return the tax component in accordance with local regulations.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@askkrishna.org with:
- Your name and the email used for purchase
- Order/transaction ID (if available)
- Reason for the request
- We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve promptly.
Abuse & Fair Use
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests after substantial usage of paid offerings.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last revised.
